Screw Pump Instruction:
The single screw pump is mainly consisting of stator and rotor (screw). While working, the material will be pushed by the rotor, so the inside flow is low and the pressure is very stable, thus it cannot damage the solids caused by the vertex and mixing. For every grade, the output pressure is 0.6 MPa, namely 60 m head. Normally it used for transport the materials that no more than 80 ºC (specially we can customize 150 ºC). And the material of the stator will be different according the liquid.
